Whitesnake Rocking in 2006!

Is it not good to rock? It is good to rock!

My best pal Cleatus doing what he enjoys most

I like it too and don't say you wouldn't either

New!! Eli Wengerd & The Poles

A PoleYes!!! Finally we can visit Eli and his fellow band members from The Poles on their web site!!! As you are probably aware of, these fellows have some extraordinarily hot moves and have become living legends in their hometown of Asheville, North Carolina. Some insiders, who wish to remain anonymous, are predicting they will be the next 'big thing'.

Next Concert ->Mötley Crüe -> Red, White & Crüe

Mötley Crüe - Red, White & CrüeThe time is closing in on the biggest show of the year featuring badass rockers Mötley Crüe. After reading their autobiography "The Dirt" and picking up a copy of the new Red, White & Crüe greatest hits compilation your favourite Mennonite is ready to scream and shout all over again! I am totally geared up for this. We'll be screaming like some motherf*cking banshees at the Corel Centre on February 27!

Vince Neil from Motley Crue Friday, October 29, 2004
Kingston, Ontario at the Iron Horse Saloon

Singing for Vince! The evening started off with a couple of stinker cover bands who, without expecting much, didn't deliver much. A version of "Paranoid" was the only decent thing I heard, which didn't really matter except for the fact Vince and his band didn't come on till about midnight. When they did come out they opened with a version of "New Orleans is Sinking" by hometown boys The Tragically Hip. The place was really starting to rock 3 songs in when some asshole threw beer at Vince, who, after warning the dufus to stop, left the stage with band in tow when it happened again a few seconds later. It was a huge disappointment, considering my buddies and I all drove/flew from Halifax and Ottawa to meet up in K-town for, what was for us, a monster event. The problem was the setup of the stage, for one thing it was too low to the ground and secondly the people directly in front of the stage were too close to the band. So, it got out of control pretty quickly. Thankfully, Vince and the band came back out and after a few minutes the place was rockin' again.

I don't remember every song or the order of what I heard precisely, but I do know they did a helluva job on Tommy Bolin's "Teaser" in the encore. I was screaming my head off standing on a table by myself with my Bolin Teaser t-shirt on... man that was FUN!!!

On a negative note, I had my digital camera stolen out of my wife's purse. So there was a f*cking thief there... may you never have the misfortune of being surrounded by a herd of angry Amishmen. Here are some pre-concert pics of some fans seen partying before the show, taken with a chum's 35mm automatic and scanned here for your enjoyment.

Review of the Dokken/Whitesnake/Scorpions Show
Montreal Friday March 14, 2003

David Coverdale and the newest incarnation of Whitesnake really did steal this show, after an excellent performance by Dokken, who I am glad we did go see because I didn't think we'd make it in time for them. The Scorpions really do need to turn the volume down a notch... but Whitesnake - those guys were GREAT!!! We were singing/screaming for the Snakes!!! I can't believe I never bumped into the Whitesnake BBS Chat girls, we were so close!

Good times at Moe's but I can't believe I never met the Chat girls seeing as they are right behind me :(

David Coverdale - Into the Light

Deep Purple. Whitesnake. Michael Schenker. Motley Crue. UFO.
All these bands rock and have some real hot moves. It is good, I think, to rock.

Thanks for taking a look at my site. Be sure to get in touch with your thoughts and suggestions. I'll be updating frequently, so please check back often.
